1.3 These Terms shall be construed and applied in the English language. Any translations provided are for convenience only and the English version shall prevail in case of any discrepancy.

2.2 Jurisdictional Eligibility. You must ensure that online gambling is legal in your jurisdiction before using the bay88 Platform. It is your sole responsibility to determine whether your participation is lawful in the jurisdiction where you are located. bay88 makes no representation that access or use of the Platform is lawful in all jurisdictions.
2.3 Excluded Persons. The following persons are not eligible to hold a bay88 account or participate in any real-money activity on the Platform:

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold only one bay88 account. The registration of duplicate or multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in the forfeiture of all balances and permanent account closure.
3.2 Accurate Information. You agree to provide truthful, accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update any information that becomes inaccurate. bay88 may reject registration or close accounts at any time if it determines that information provided is false, misleading, or incomplete.
3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not share your bay88 login credentials with any third party. bay88 is not responsible for losses resulting from unauthorised use of your account due to your failure to safeguard your credentials. You agree to notify bay88 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account.
3.4 KYC Verification. bay88 is required by PAGCOR to conduct customer due diligence. You must provide valid Philippine government-issued identification upon request. Failure to complete KYC verification will result in the suspension of withdrawal functionality.
3.5 Account Currency. All bay88 accounts are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP). All deposits, balances, wagers, and withdrawals are processed in PHP. bay88 does not support multi-currency accounts.
4.1 Accepted Payment Methods. bay88 currently accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following methods: GCash, Maya (PayMaya), Bank of the Philippine Islands (BPI), Banco de Oro (BDO), Metrobank, 7-Eleven CLiQQ, Coins.ph, and USDT (cryptocurrency). Available methods are subject to change at bay88's discretion without prior notice.
4.2 Deposit Requirements. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. bay88 does not charge fees on standard deposits; however, third-party payment providers may impose their own processing charges for which bay88 assumes no responsibility.
4.3 Withdrawal Requirements. Withdrawals may only be made by the registered account holder to payment methods in their own name. bay88 reserves the right to require full KYC verification before processing any withdrawal. Minimum withdrawal amounts and processing timeframes vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of the withdrawal request.
4.4 Source of Funds. You warrant that all funds deposited into your bay88 account are from legitimate sources and are not derived from any criminal activity. bay88 complies with all applicable Philippine anti-money laundering (AML) laws, including Republic Act No. 9160 as amended. Suspicious transactions will be reported to the relevant authorities.
4.5 Transaction Finality. Once a wager has been placed and accepted by the bay88 system, it cannot be cancelled or reversed by the Player. Winnings credited to your account balance are subject to verification before withdrawal.
4.6 Dormant Accounts. Accounts with no login activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant. bay88 may apply a monthly inactivity fee to dormant accounts in accordance with its prevailing fee schedule. bay88 will attempt to notify the account holder prior to applying such fees.
5.1 bay88 may, at its sole discretion, offer bonuses, free bets, cashback rewards, and other promotional incentives. All promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer.
5.2 Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements, eligible games, and time limits are specified in each individual promotion's terms. Unless otherwise stated, bonuses must be wagered at least once before withdrawal eligibility is assessed.
5.3 bay88 reserves the right to alter, withdraw, or cancel any promotion at any time without prior notice. In the event of abuse, manipulation, or fraud relating to any promotion, bay88 may void bonuses and winnings derived therefrom and close the relevant account.
5.4 The bay88 VIP Programme tiers — Bronze, Silver, Gold, and Black Diamond — are governed by separate VIP terms available within the platform. Tier eligibility is determined by bay88 at its sole discretion based on wagering volume and account standing.

8.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or commercially exploit any bay88 content without prior written consent.
9.1 To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, bay88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, the Platform, including but not limited to loss of winnings, loss of data, or loss of profits.
9.2 bay88's total aggregate liability to you for direct damages arising from any single claim shall not exceed the amount of the wager directly giving rise to the claim or the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, whichever is lower.
9.3 The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. bay88 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Platform, the fitness of the Platform for any particular purpose, or the accuracy of any information displayed thereon.
9.4 bay88 is not responsible for failures of third-party payment processors, telecommunications service providers (e.g., Smart, Globe, DITO), or internet service providers that affect your ability to access or use the Platform.
10.1 bay88 collects, stores, and processes personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By registering on the Platform, you acknowledge and consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described therein.
10.2 bay88 complies with the Republic Act No. 10173 (Data Privacy Act of 2012) of the Philippines. Your personal data will not be sold to third parties. Data sharing is limited to PAGCOR compliance obligations, payment processing, fraud prevention, and essential service providers under strict data processing agreements.
11.1 bay88 may, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, suspend or permanently close your account if you breach any provision of these Terms, if required to do so by PAGCOR or applicable law, or if bay88 reasonably believes that your account poses a fraud, AML, or security risk.
11.2 Upon account closure, bay88 will return any legitimate, unencumbered real-money balance (net of applicable fees and any amounts subject to investigation) to you via a payment method of bay88's choice after completing any required verification.
11.3 You may close your bay88 account at any time by contacting customer support. Pending wagers at the time of closure will be settled in accordance with normal settlement rules.
12.1 These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
12.2 In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the bay88 Platform, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute through good-faith negotiation. If no resolution is reached within 30 days, the dispute shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of the appropriate courts of the Philippines.
12.3 Certain disputes relating to bay88's gaming licence may be subject to PAGCOR's dispute resolution mechanisms. bay88 will cooperate fully with any PAGCOR-initiated investigation or dispute resolution process.
13.1 bay88 reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. All amendments will be published on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date and will take effect immediately upon publication, unless a different effective date is specified.
13.2 It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Your continued use of the bay88 Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.
